We were fortunate to have the owner come to our facility and deliver genuine, honest & professional guidance with our ACFI process. Her experience & knowledge as a RN and with ACFI was delivered with integrity & openness. She spoke with most of our nursing staff, on a level that they understood & she was seen as part of the team.
